Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dawid Beninda took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Patricio Costa charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Patricio Costa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of JK Kurevere booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. 9 minutes into the game, JK Kurevere's Dawid Beninda nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 12 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Müürsepp came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of JK Kurevere booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Chicote didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dawid Beninda in the 14th minute of play. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind JK Kurevere's goalkeeper Virgilio Mateus, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 19 minutes into the game, Ram Bo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Venezuela's Alex Chicote quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 23 minutes of play, JK Kurevere's Dawid Beninda made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Virgilio Mateus made a huge save. A collision led to JK Kurevere getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Ram Bo hit a great ball. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgilio Mateus having to interfere. Rigoberto Mina kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, JK Kurevere's Riivo Arro tried to score from far away in the 43rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Virgilio Mateus. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. After 52 played minutes, Venezuela's Jose Correa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Virgilio Mateus came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Venezuela reached it. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind JK Kurevere's goalkeeper Virgilio Mateus, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 67 played minutes JK Kurevere got a freekick which was hit by Ram Bo. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. 77 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Dawid Beninda came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st minute, Einar Reisalu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The JK Kurevere fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. In the 94th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle sounded JK Kurevere left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Venezuela.
