Bianco Doris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 34th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Basaldella AFC's Cosimo Baratta got a free kick in the 37th minute. After having played for 38 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bianco Doris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 40th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Alessandro in the 44th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

In the 87th match minute, Basaldella AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edoardo Furino to maneuver through the defense. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonio Bottega in the 88th minute of the match. Edoardo Fontanive hit a great ball. Basaldella AFC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Ecuador's much stronger midfield.
