UPTEXTIL.COM were awarded a corner in the 8th minute after Peru's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zé Paulo Queirós took the corner. After taking down the ball on UPTEXTIL.COM's corner Zé Paulo Queirós fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rolando Noboa quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 13th minute of play forced UPTEXTIL.COM's goalkeeper Mateus Cruz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mateus Cruz. UPTEXTIL.COM's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Julian Murillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Mateus Cruz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the game, one of Peru:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Felix Calisto kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. UPTEXTIL.COM's Mateus Cruz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luz Tejedor in the 29th minute of play. Mingo Camats made in the 32nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Zé Paulo Queirós immediately put the ball in play. Mateus Cruz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 37th minute of play. UPTEXTIL.COM's Mateus Cruz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luz Tejedor in the 46th minute of play. 48 minutes had been played when some careless play by UPTEXTIL.COM's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Julian Murillo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mateus Cruz having to make a save. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Belchior Mamatov, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Peru's Julian Murillo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mateus Cruz. That made the score 2-2 after 59 minutes of play. 69 minutes into the match, UPTEXTIL.COM's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquin Prats came free, but Mateus Cruz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cüneyt Berksoy in the 71st minute of play. After 74 played minutes UPTEXTIL.COM got a freekick which was hit by Mário Maldini. Peru's Luz Tejedor got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. UPTEXTIL.COM made a substitution. Martin Ødegaard replaced Cüneyt Berksoy. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luz Tejedor in the 80th minute of play forced UPTEXTIL.COM's goalkeeper Mateus Cruz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Milagros Fraga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mateus Cruz. UPTEXTIL.COM's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Milagros Fraga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. In the 89th minute Antonio Tenorio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateus Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Peru eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
