Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. In the 4th minute Milagros Fraga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jolan Galindo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Peru's Emmanuel Reyes got a free kick in the 7th minute. After 8 minutes of play, La Pointe Courte's Roch Felenak made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Noboa was left in no man's land by his defense there! The throw-in from Dan Black in the 12th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. In the 12th minute, Roch Felenak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jolan Galindo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jolan Galindo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jolan Galindo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 21st minute of the match. Jolan Galindo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luz Tejedor, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Dan Black made in the 30th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Julian Murillo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 31st minute of play forced La Pointe Courte's goalkeeper Jolan Galindo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jolan Galindo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot by Josué Pagueguy from long distance, 39 minutes into the match, got Rolando Noboa's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roch Felenak was the one to do the kick off. Dan Black made in the 52nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Roch Felenak immediately put the ball in play. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roch Felenak in the 53rd minute of play. Roch Felenak blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rolando Noboa having to make a save. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roch Felenak in the 56th minute of the match. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejo Alonso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The tension between the La Pointe Courte and the Peru players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, La Pointe Courte's Gilbert Thellier got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 72nd minute of the match Luz Tejedor sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jolan Galindo skillfully saved the ball. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joaquin Prats got free with Jolan Galindo in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Yves Leite blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rolando Noboa having to make a save. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yves Leite, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Joaquin Prats had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jolan Galindo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Tenorio in the 92nd minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Yves Leite came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 93 minutes of play, La Pointe Courte's Yves Leite made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Noboa was left in no man's land by his defense there! For all the effort they put into the match, the Peru players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for La Pointe Courte.
