Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 1989 Blxsk's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Juan Urti in the 10th minute. In the 13th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Sedeni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute, Alvaro Tiniebra made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Severino Furmans short, quick shot in the 22ndth minute got Jonathan Ferrant to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 22 minutes, Severino Furman made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Severino Furman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Furman in the 29th minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Desiderio Ostargi. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Enrique Sedeni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Severino Furman sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Enrique Sedeni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Costa in the 42nd minute of the match. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Jonathan Venegas hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severino Furman, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Severino Furman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Severino Furman sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. 1989 Blxsk's Celestino Millano was substituted for Severino Furman. 1989 Blxsk's Honorio Birjaio was substituted for Remigio Torres. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Godoy in the 71st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Celestino Millano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Desiderio Ostargi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The penalty shot was made by Miguel Godoy, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. 9-0. 1989 Blxsk made a substitution. Miguel Godoy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. 1989 Blxsk had played much better football throughout.
