Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Hüseyin Kakisim took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute Hüseyin Kakisim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Czeslaw Lisewski in the 6th minute of play. Primitivo Andino hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After 11 played minutes, Super Team's Laércio Barbosa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Julio Vera came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Super Team reached it. Luis Andino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Super Team's Toader Purcărete got control of the ball when Felix Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. With 24 minutes on the clock, Antonio Arias commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ecuador fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 23rd minute. Penalty! 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Laércio Barbosa was slow to take the kick. During this time Super Team's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Super Team's corner Laércio Barbosa fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julio Vera quite easily take care of the ball. In the 34th minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toader Purcărete saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Toader Purcărete showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. With a little luck, Super Team's Toader Purcărete got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 45th minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Toader Purcărete. Super Team's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After 48th play minutes Hüseyin Kakisim shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Julio Vera and just under the crossbar into goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristian Sancho stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 55 minutes, Julio Vera successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 61 minutes into the match, Felix Montenegro notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Super Team's Toader Purcărete. Toader Purcărete was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 68th minute, Czeslaw Lisewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Super Team's Iulian Cobâlcescu got a free kick in the 69th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 70th minute of play forced Super Team's goalkeeper Toader Purcărete to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute, Damian Mercescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Super Team's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Toader Purcărete came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 83 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henry Hamberg in the 87th minute of the match. Super Team's Toader Purcărete played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Montenegro in the 89th minute of play. After 91 minutes, Iulian Cobâlcescu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Super Team and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. When the referee ended the match the Ecuador players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
