Cornelio Cordearo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Koby Wright in the 8th minute of the match. Cornelio Cordearo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luka Harris in the 11th minute of play. Cornelio Cordearo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rohan Watson, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Koby Wright managed to get in a good position for a shot. Canada's supporters rose to their feet, but Koby Wright was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cornelio Cordearo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 18 minutes into the match, Koby Wright notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Racing Club's Cornelio Cordearo. Cornelio Cordearo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Racing Club's Luciano Pirro got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Koby Wright took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cornelio Cordearo. Cornelio Cordearo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Cornelio Cordearo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rohan Watson's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Canada's goal looked a bit too open when Luciano Pirro came free, but Jax Williamson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Canada booed when Racing Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cayetano Quinito didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 48th minute of the match Koby Wright sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cornelio Cordearo skillfully saved the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luciano Pirro to make the kick off. If Homer Field had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cornelio Cordearo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rohan Watson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 56 minute of play. Canada's Filip Edwards was substituted for Koby Wright. Racing Club's Epifanio Txomin was substituted for Luciano Pirro. The audience was convinced that Epifanio Txomin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jax Williamson was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. 70 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Edwards came free, but Cornelio Cordearo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Theo Burton struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Cornelio Cordearo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Canada. Racing Club's Cornelio Cordearo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filip Edwards in the 80th minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Filip Edwards made a precise shot to the right of Cornelio Cordearo. Racing Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Jax Williamson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Epifanio Txomin, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Canada's goal looked a bit too open when Ramiro Lano came free, but Jax Williamson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Racing Club's Cornelio Cordearo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luka Harris in the 91st minute of play. Theo Burton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 95 minutes, Theo Burton made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Racing Club's Cornelio Cordearo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle sounded Canada left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Racing Club.
