Martin Rutsch spun around in front of the goal 4 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Colombia's goal. 6 minutes in the game, Giorgos Papaiakovou fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Pedro Manzanares having to interfere. Axel Montenegro might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over David Aberle. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Axel Montenegro ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Montenegro in the 11th minute of play forced Uetendorf Wanderers's goalkeeper David Aberle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute, Santino Seco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Aberle was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 15th minute of play forced Uetendorf Wanderers's goalkeeper David Aberle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Aberle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Colombia's Luis Cazalla was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but David Aberle in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 28 minutes into the match, Uetendorf Wanderers's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Cazalla came free, but David Aberle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zachary Pionek might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Manzanares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zachary Pionek ran back to his position shaking his head. 34 minutes into the match, Uetendorf Wanderers's Glenn Huez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Axel Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without David Aberle having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Montenegro in the 36th minute of play forced Uetendorf Wanderers's goalkeeper David Aberle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pascual Carballar was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. David Aberle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pascual Carballar in the 38th minute of the match. Axel Montenegro charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Axel Montenegro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Axel Montenegro got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 47th minute, Abram Sarmiento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Abram Sarmiento made the kick off in the second half. David Aberle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 50th minute. 51 minutes into the match, Uetendorf Wanderers's goalkeeper David Aberle had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Axel Montenegro. Axel Montenegros short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got David Aberle to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 56 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Rutsch came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. David Aberle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santino Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Uetendorf Wanderers booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Navarro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd minute of the match Zachary Pionek sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pedro Manzanares skillfully saved the ball. David Aberle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Axel Montenegro in the 65th minute. 67 minutes into the game, Colombia's Axel Montenegro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. David Aberle made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zachary Pionek in the 74th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Uetendorf Wanderers's Giorgos Papaiakovou got a free kick in the 77th minute. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Glenn Huez, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. The supporters of Colombia booed when Uetendorf Wanderers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alon LeBatelier didn't get a good kick on the ball. David Aberle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pascual Carballar in the 84th minute. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 85th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Colombia's zone, Martin Rutsch stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal and Martin Rutsch tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. David Aberle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ignacio Mastache in the 90th minute. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Rutsch in the 91st minute of play. Abram Secada received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. David Aberle came out and tried to block the shot, but Abram Secada slotted it home off the left post making it 2-4 in the 92nd minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Colombia walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
