With a little luck, AXi's Konstantin Dobrinski got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alexey Zafirov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Alexey Zafirov came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aygün Akıncıbeyoğlu in the 19th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 20th minute of play forced AXi's goalkeeper Konstantin Dobrinski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AXi's Konstantin Dobrinski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 27th minute of play. AXi's Konstantin Dobrinski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save AXi from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Joel Gaona's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Konstantin Dobrinski was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Joel Gaona made the kick off in the second half. Konstantin Dobrinski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joel Gaona went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind AXi's goalkeeper Konstantin Dobrinski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Konstantin Dobrinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. AXi's Konstantin Dobrinski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Zorita in the 62nd minute of play. Konstantin Dobrinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 67 minutes into the match, AXi's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Konstantin Dobrinski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Joel Gaona came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Gaona couldn't finish the play. In the 70th minute, Facundo Cadaval ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Konstantin Dobrinski was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexey Zafirov, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Facundo Cadaval hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Konstantin Dobrinski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 77th minute of play. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 78th minute. After a rather tough play, AXi's Gustavo Ramond got a free kick in the 81st minute. AXi's Konstantin Dobrinski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 83rd minute of play. 84 minutes had been played when some careless play by AXi's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. 88 minutes into the game, Mexico's Joel Gaona nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Konstantin Dobrinski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. 93 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Alexey Zafirov came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Mexico fans cheered their team off the field, for while AXi had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
