The audience thought a goal was coming when Ebi Smolarek got free with Lautaro Navarro in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 25 minutes into the game, Emanuel Ocampo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Honduras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RKS Raków Cz-wa the free kick. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Emanuel Ocampo got a free kick in the 25th minute. The supporters of Honduras booed when RKS Raków Cz-wa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ebi Smolarek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zbyszko Wallach's late challenge caught a Honduras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lukasz Debkowski came out of the goal and Edmundo Espiga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 86 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Milagros Cabal. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waclaw Kensicki in the 88th minute of play. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Lukasz Debkowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Zbyszko Wallach was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 92 minutes had been played. Zbyszko Wallach kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. In the 94th match minute, RKS Raków Cz-wa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zygmunt Tusk to maneuver through the defense. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Honduras walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
