Beto Rodríguez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 10th minute of the match. It was beautiful to see USA's Diego Bradley in action when he in the 15th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! 16 minutes into the match, SIMvergüenzas's goalkeeper Beto Rodríguez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cassius Byrne. After 20 minutes, Sugih Linggawarman made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. USA's Marco Day tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Beto Rodríguez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 31st minute of play. In the 32nd minute Sugih Linggawarman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36thth minute of the game Sugih Linggawarman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but USA's Marco Day was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cassius Byrne could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Beto Rodríguez made a huge save. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sugih Linggawarman in the 46th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
