Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomas Illescas kicked off to start the match. Waldir Urbano looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Jonathan Ferrant. 31 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Silverio Corderun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tasso FC's Severi Nybacka quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Alex Chicote, made in the 37th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Tasso FC's Miguel Sequeira got a free kick in the 45th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Waldir Urbano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Waldir Urbano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, Waldir Urbano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Waldir Urbano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. In the 62nd minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Waldir Urbano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Tasso FC's Normando Fiúza was substituted for Waldir Urbano. Patricio Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Sebastián Coates charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sebastián Coates the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Normando Fiúza in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Normando Fiúza in the 85th minute of play. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Silverio Corderun made a huge save. In the 88th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Chicote to maneuver through the defense. 90 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Normando Fiúza came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tasso FC's Normando Fiúza got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
