Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 巩谦雄. 巩谦雄 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. If 何卫钢 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in 安徽天柱俱乐部队's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 巩谦雄 came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 25 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 巩谦雄 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When 胡锋迪 came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the 安徽天柱俱乐部队 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 胡锋迪 couldn't finish the play. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th match minute, 安徽天柱俱乐部队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Li 云龙 to maneuver through the defense. 36 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 巩谦雄. 安徽天柱俱乐部队's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Luis Andino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but 巩谦雄 was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Li 云龙's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Li 云龙 helped the player get up and apologised. After 42 played minutes 安徽天柱俱乐部队 got a freekick which was hit by Li 云龙. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 47 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. 巩谦雄 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, 安徽天柱俱乐部队's goalkeeper 巩谦雄 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. 58 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 巩谦雄 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 巩谦雄 having to make a save. The supporters of Ecuador booed when 安徽天柱俱乐部队 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. 胡锋迪 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. 巩谦雄 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 巩谦雄 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Ecuador's Daniel Zorita, in the 78th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. 巩谦雄 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by 王竞锋 in the 84th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th match minute, 安徽天柱俱乐部队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Li 云龙 to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Daniel Zorita from long distance, 86 minutes into the match, got 巩谦雄's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After 91 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Juan Sebastián Puig. After 94 played minutes 安徽天柱俱乐部队 got a freekick which was hit by 石松政. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 巩谦雄 having to interfere.
