Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ernesto Playo started the match with the kick off. The supporters of EL CERVECERO F.C. booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Venegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 3 minutes into the game, Ernesto Playo lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Jonathan Ferrant. Ernesto Playo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 5thth minute, Jonathan Ferrant skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Patricio Costa hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant was out of position in the 14 minute of play, and Ernesto Playo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ernesto Playo really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Vinicio Felipo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 17th minute of the match. After 19 played minutes EL CERVECERO F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Radomir Tomiczek. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radomir Tomiczek in the 20th minute of play. Tomas Illescas struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Vinicio Felipo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernesto Playo, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 29th minute, Patricio Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isidoro Kimetz hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. If Radomir Tomiczek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th minute, Célio Alagoano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 44 minutes into the game, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vinicio Felipo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. Vinicio Felipo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. 56 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Radomir Tomiczek came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute, Tomas Illescas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vinicio Felipo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 74 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernesto Playo in the 75th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Playo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 80 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Niceto Ranolfo came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gogo Gumaro during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in EL CERVECERO F.C. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 89th minute. Penalty! Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Playo in the 94th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radomir Tomiczek in the 95th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Playo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the EL CERVECERO F.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
