Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gwidon Babicki in the 4th minute of play. João Oliveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Tasis in the 6th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Tasis in the 9th minute of play forced Inacio F.C.'s goalkeeper João Oliveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute, Severiano Nel made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Benito Sanz was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Severiano Nel capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Severiano Nel really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Efrain Moruga hit a great ball. In the 17th minute, Efrain Moruga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Severiano Nel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Benito Sanz came out and tried to block the shot, but Severiano Nel slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 18th minute. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severiano Nel in the 21st minute of play. Severiano Nel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Benito Sanz came out and tried to block the shot, but Severiano Nel slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 23rd minute. In the 30th minute, Severiano Nel reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Benito Sanz. The goal made the score 5-0. 37 minutes into the game, Abel Carballo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Costa Rica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Inacio F.C. the free kick. Benito Sanz acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 38th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Severiano Nel. In the 40th minute, Gwidon Babicki made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Inacio F.C.'s João Oliveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Tasis in the 44th minute of play. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Severiano Nel's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 7-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Axel Tasis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Alcocer to maneuver through the defense. João Oliveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Puig in the 54th minute of the match. Inacio F.C.'s João Oliveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Tasis in the 55th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severiano Nel in the 56th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Severiano Nel put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Benito Sanz. Inacio F.C.'s João Oliveira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Inacio F.C. from getting a goal against them. Axel Tasis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Severiano Nel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benito Sanz was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. João Oliveira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Puig in the 77th minute. João Oliveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Noboa in the 79th minute of the match. If Eliseo Noboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Inacio F.C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
