Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vilmantas Matulas having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saúl Gentiletti in the 10th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vilmantas Matulas having to interfere. FC Žalia Giria's Vilmantas Matulas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 14th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, FC Žalia Giria's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Vilmantas Matulas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Saúl Gentiletti's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. In the 30th minute, Saúl Gentiletti reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 1-1. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 59th minute, Saúl Gentiletti made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. After a defensive mix-up in FC Žalia Giria's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vilmantas Matulas came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC Žalia Giria's Algitas Kimbartas was substituted for Dovydas Varnas. FC Žalia Giria's Augustinas Baltramaitis was substituted for Saúl Gentiletti. Venezuela's attentive Jonathan Venegas managed to snatch the ball when Onur Ali Semi made a throw-in in the 68th minute of the game. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Algitas Kimbartas came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the FC Žalia Giria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Algitas Kimbartas couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Jack Grealish's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Jack Grealish took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. FC Žalia Giria were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Venezuela for a fine match.
