Tomas Berganza kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Isidoro Sarmiento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisc Drăgoi in the 13th minute of the match. Tomas Berganza scored 1-0 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aristide Deleanu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Miguel Miralles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Tveito, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 28th minute of play forced Sevigné Musguito's goalkeeper Aristide Deleanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 34 minutes, Aristide Deleanu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Tveito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 42 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sevigné Musguito's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Abraham Alguacil was slow to take the kick. During this time Panama's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Panama's corner Abraham Alguacil fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Aristide Deleanu quite easily take care of the ball. In the 44thth minute of the game Miguel Miralles who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sevigné Musguito's Aristide Deleanu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Sevigné Musguito's Camillo De Luca got a free kick in the 45th minute. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Tveito in the 47th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Berganza made a kick off. Aristide Deleanu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abraham Alguacil's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 52nd minute of play forced Sevigné Musguito's goalkeeper Aristide Deleanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aristide Deleanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Christian Tveito who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 66thth minute tested the skills of Marcos Cotilla when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 68 minutes into the game, William Bergström recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marcos Cotilla. William Bergström showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Marcos Cotilla made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when William Bergström sent off a good shot on target. In the 74th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristide Deleanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Berganza struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Aristide Deleanu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. Isidoro Sarmiento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Panama's Tomas Berganza in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sevigné Musguito's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Isidoro Sarmiento's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aristide Deleanu was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. In the 87thth minute of the game Tomas Berganza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sevigné Musguito's Aristide Deleanu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 89th minute of play forced Sevigné Musguito's goalkeeper Aristide Deleanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aristide Deleanu having to interfere. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
