With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Manzanares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Axel Montenegro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Leão in the 24th minute of play. After some careless play in the Colombia defense, Rafael Leão kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Manzanares. The Colombia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Manzanares should have stopped the shot. In the 27thth minute of the game Abram Sarmiento who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Menang Kalah Tawuran's Bela Negara was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bela Negara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Colombia's Kevin Mastache managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Isnan Wanggai in the 31 minute of the game. Axel Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 1-1 became the score in the 33rd minute when Abram Sarmiento elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 36th minute Buyung Amiruddin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Menang Kalah Tawuran's Bela Negara proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Menang Kalah Tawuran from getting a goal against them. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Leão, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Menang Kalah Tawuran's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Romain Moissonnier in the 45th minute. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When Colombia's Abram Sarmiento in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Menang Kalah Tawuran's goalie prevented a goal. 55 minutes into the match, Menang Kalah Tawuran's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but Bela Negara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Menang Kalah Tawuran's 尤翀伟. But to his dismay, 尤翀伟 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Bela Negara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 70th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Montenegro in the 77th minute of play forced Menang Kalah Tawuran's goalkeeper Bela Negara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Orlando Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacio Mastache in the 84th minute of play forced Menang Kalah Tawuran's goalkeeper Bela Negara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute, Markus Arwana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bela Negara stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ignacio Mastache's shot from short distance in the 90th minute.
