Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomas Illescas kicked off to start the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Illescas in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hubert Ulbricht saved AMASYA FC from getting behind. In the 3rd minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luka Greth got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 4 played minutes Luka Greth rounded Venezuela's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. AMASYA FC's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 9th minute of the game, when Mats Hummels after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Venezuela's goal. Mats Hummels was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hubert Ulbricht read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ediberto Linhares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nils Witzky got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Venezuela booed when AMASYA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexander Bresack didn't get a good kick on the ball. 34 minutes into the game, AMASYA FC's Ediberto Linhares nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 46 minutes, Patricio Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patricio Costa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ediberto Linhares to make the kick off. Patricio Costa might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hubert Ulbricht. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Patricio Costa ran back to his position shaking his head. Tomas Illescas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 58thth minute, Hubert Ulbricht skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, AMASYA FC's Alexander Bresack got a free kick in the 59th minute. Hubert Ulbricht made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 62nd minute. The supporters of AMASYA FC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ediberto Linhares in the 64th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute AMASYA FC were awarded a corner. Mats Hummels went to the cornerflag to take it. AMASYA FC's Mark Deffaa was substituted for Alexander Bresack. After a defensive mix-up in AMASYA FC's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hubert Ulbricht came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hubert Ulbricht showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 83rd minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hong Yao Xi went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Guillermo Mariano kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match.
