Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Peru's Julian Murillo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Montay Pena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 7 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Saul Roman. Giorgio March took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Mina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's goalie and right to Eliseo Mina. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 24 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Giorgio March. C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Julian Murillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After having played for 28 minutes, Christian Almkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christian Almkvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bonifacio Abascal's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Rolando Noboa firmly grabbed it by the left post. Rolando Noboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Saul Roman in the 33rd minute. Eliseo Mina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The throw-in from Alonso Berganza in the 40th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's Montay Pena. A sloppy throw-in by Moises Gayoso in the 40th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's Lu Fan Xi. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's goalkeeper Giorgio March, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christian Almkvist was the one to do the kick off. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Roman in the 51st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 56th minute of play forced C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's goalkeeper Giorgio March to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute Bonifacio Abascal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Giorgio March was out of position in the 58 minute of play, and Julian Murillo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Julian Murillo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Milagros Fraga came free with the goalkeeper in the 64th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Giorgio March could save by the left post. Giorgio March was a little too slow when Milagros Fraga got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 1-3. 68 minutes into the match, C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Mina came free, but Giorgio March reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manuel Lopez de Toro hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's Indar Albizua was substituted for Christian Almkvist. 77 minutes into the match, Indar Albizua notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Peru's Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. A sloppy throw-in by Montay Pena in the 82nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Emmanuel Reyes. In the 86th minute of the match, Rafael Gallo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Giorgio March saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's Giorgio March played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Mina in the 92nd minute of play. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Keno Cantona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
