In the 17th minute, Ragnar Wingaard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 21 minutes into the match, AFTER GYM FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pascual Carballar came free, but Ovidiu Acatincăi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute of the game Antonio Indiano made a throw-in which Kevin Mastache played forward. After a defensive mix-up in AFTER GYM FC's zone, Axel Montenegro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ovidiu Acatincăi came out of the goal and Axel Montenegro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Abram Sarmiento took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Ovidiu Acatincăi to make any attempt to save it. Ovidiu Acatincăi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. AFTER GYM FC's Ovidiu Acatincăi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save AFTER GYM FC from getting a goal against them. 37 minutes into the match, AFTER GYM FC's Sixto Lorenz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 38th minute, Sixto Lorenz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Santino Seco succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 44th playminute. AFTER GYM FC's Ronald Araújo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Joshua Garrido in the 47 minute of the game. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Abram Sarmiento made the kick off in the second half. A sloppy throw-in by Joshua Garrido in the 55th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by AFTER GYM FC's Erubiel Rayman. Sixto Lorenz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 58th minute, Sixto Lorenz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sixto Lorenz in the 64th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, AFTER GYM FC's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Ovidiu Acatincăi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Sixto Lorenz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 70 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Sixto Lorenz came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th match minute, AFTER GYM FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erubiel Rayman to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute Ignacio Mastache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidiu Acatincăi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kevin Mastache sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antonio Sergi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Manzanares having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched AFTER GYM FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
