Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) FC Wöllersdorf's Herbert Vester started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. FC Wöllersdorf's Marco Moench played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 9th minute of play. With his leg Dante Lacasa managed to avoid a goal in the 12thth minute, when FC Wöllersdorf's Herbert Vester fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Marco Moench showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 15th minute of the match. FC Wöllersdorf's Marco Moench played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Zorita in the 17th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Alberto Tafalla got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marco Moench quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a defensive mix-up in FC Wöllersdorf's zone, Joel Gaona stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Moench came out of the goal and Joel Gaona tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Gavino Santo sent off a good shot on target. In the 24th minute, Rafael Pausch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Osin Kotto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osin Kotto in the 29th minute of play. In the 33rd minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Moench saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herbert Vester in the 43rd minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th match minute, FC Wöllersdorf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andre Garbsch to maneuver through the defense. Pablo Guerau kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joel Gaona was the one to do the kick off. If Östen Högberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herbert Vester, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Felix Luque was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 56 minutes into the match. In the 56th minute, one of Mexico:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Mexico. Luca Rouco was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Östen Högberg in the 66th minute of play. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Wöllersdorf's Herbert Vester. But to his dismay, Herbert Vester quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 70th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Facundo Cadaval to maneuver through the defense. When Lautaro Mancebo, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 74 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Marco Moench was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Marco Moench made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Zorita in the 77th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, FC Wöllersdorf's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Zorita came free, but Marco Moench reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marco Moench took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marco Moench made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Facundo Cadaval in the 88th minute of play. Lautaro Mancebo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marco Moench having to make a save. 94 minutes into the match, FC Wöllersdorf's goalkeeper Marco Moench had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. FC Wöllersdorf's Marco Moench proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save FC Wöllersdorf from getting a goal against them. Luca Rouco kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. When Víktor Lara came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the FC Wöllersdorf fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Víktor Lara couldn't finish the play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Mexico players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC Wöllersdorf.
