Xalbador Soldado charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Xalbador Soldado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With his leg Noel Seide managed to avoid a goal in the 10thth minute, when Agua Amarga's Álvaro Marcos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ernso Constant hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 14th match minute, Agua Amarga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Sirvent to maneuver through the defense. Gesner Philippe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Llanos Marrero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Alphonse in the 17th minute of play. In the 21st play minute Alberto Tormes came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Noel Seide. 1-0. Amato Titos made in the 26th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Jaime Sirvent immediately put the ball in play. After 29 played minutes Agua Amarga got a freekick which was hit by Torcuato Turienzo. Llanos Marrero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernso Constant, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. After a rather tough play, Agua Amarga's Amato Titos got a free kick in the 42nd minute. When Jonathan Alphonse came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Haiti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonathan Alphonse couldn't finish the play. Llanos Marrero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernso Constant, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jonathan Alphonse was the one to do the kick off. Haiti's Jonathan Alphonse got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Agua Amarga's Álvaro Marcos got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Álvaro Marcos took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Noel Seide. Noel Seide dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 89 minutes into the game, Torcuato Turienzo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Noel Seide was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Xalbador Soldado was shown his second yellow card after 92 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Haiti booed when Agua Amarga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xalbador Soldado didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Agua Amarga had won after a very even match.
