Honduras's attentive Esteban Carvallo managed to snatch the ball when Jan Buys made a throw-in in the 17th minute of the game. In the 18th minute, Kees Koole ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lautaro Navarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 21st minute, Avram Cazimir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Revenge's Kees Koole got a free kick in the 25th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Kees Koole came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A throw-in in the 29th minute of the game was made by Jan Buys with Constantin-Maximilian Vennegoor Of Hesselink as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Aleksandr Vasyutin didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 32nd minute, which inside left pole to 2-2. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantin-Maximilian Vennegoor Of Hesselink in the 37th minute of play. Erenay Bilkan kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Aleksandr Vasyutin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 41st minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Berend Hermensen made a precise shot to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. The throw-in from Sigurd Abbas in the 45th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Luca Espinar. Constantin-Maximilian Vennegoor Of Hesselink scored 2-4 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lautaro Navarro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Edmundo Espiga made the kick off in the second half. Sigurd Abbas made in the 54th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Constantin-Maximilian Vennegoor Of Hesselink. The crowd rose to their feet as Revenge's Constantin-Maximilian Vennegoor Of Hesselink slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lautaro Navarro. That made the score 2-5 after 57 minutes of play. Aleksandr Vasyutin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 61st minute of the match. After 62 played minutes Revenge got a freekick which was hit by Constantin-Maximilian Vennegoor Of Hesselink. In the 66th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aleksandr Vasyutin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Kees Koole had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sigurd Abbas made in the 73rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Constantin-Maximilian Vennegoor Of Hesselink. The crowd rose to their feet as Revenge's Berend Hermensen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lautaro Navarro. That made the score 2-6 after 74 minutes of play. 85 minutes had been played when some careless play by Honduras's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Berend Hermensen was slow to take the kick. During this time Revenge's players had a chance to rest. Emanuel Ocampo's late challenge caught a Revenge's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emanuel Ocampo helped the player get up and apologised. After 85 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Ocampo. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kees Koole in the 93rd minute of play. Lautaro Navarro was a little too slow when Constantin-Maximilian Vennegoor Of Hesselink got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 2-7. Revenge's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
