Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Cristian Sancho reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Carlo Ciccone. The goal made the score 1-0. Stergios Koutsodimos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 10th minute, Antonio Arias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Stergios Koutsodimos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. Arthur McIlreach's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arthur McIlreach helped the player get up and apologised. Arthur McIlreach kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Arthur McIlreach came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute, Ferruccio Sabatino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luis Andino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlo Ciccone having to interfere. In the 24th minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Carlo Ciccone was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arthur McIlreach in the 26th minute of the match. Ferruccio Sabatino hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Villamarina AFC's Carlo Ciccone got control of the ball when Agustín Saelices tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stergios Koutsodimos in the 39th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Villamarina AFC's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlo Ciccone came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 43 minutes into the match, Agustín Saelices notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Villamarina AFC's Carlo Ciccone. Carlo Ciccone was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arthur McIlreach stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Arthur McIlreach got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Valentin Petrochenko came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Villamarina AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valentin Petrochenko couldn't finish the play. Carlo Ciccone stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Sancho's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. In the 63rdth minute of the game Daniel Zorita who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Villamarina AFC's Carlo Ciccone was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Antonio Arias hit a great ball. In the 78thth minute of the game Stergios Koutsodimos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Carlo Ciccone stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Zorita's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. 82 minutes into the game, Stergios Koutsodimos lined in a short shot 2-2 behind a frustrated Julio Vera. Carlo Ciccone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 84th minute of the match. After 86 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carlo Ciccone was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 91st minute of play forced Villamarina AFC's goalkeeper Carlo Ciccone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Sebastián Puig to maneuver through the defense.
