After a defensive mix-up in Colombia's zone, Viktor Albäck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal and Viktor Albäck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 10 minutes into the game, Garphyttan's Donato de Salles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Manzanares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jörn Petersson in the 13th minute of the match. Viktor Albäck scored 0-2 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rähim Sterling in the 19th minute of play. After 20 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Axel Montenegro. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donato de Salles, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 25th minute Michael Kvalfält shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Jörn Petersson came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jörn Petersson, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Rähim Sterling came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Garphyttan's Erik Skog proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Garphyttan from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Colombia getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Antonio Indiano hit a great ball. With a little luck, Garphyttan's Erik Skog got control of the ball when Axel Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 46 played minutes Garphyttan got a freekick which was hit by Ulf Wennerquist. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rähim Sterling made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Mastache in the 51st minute of play forced Garphyttan's goalkeeper Erik Skog to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 53rd minute, Abram Sarmiento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 56 minutes into the match, Axel Montenegro notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Garphyttan's Erik Skog. Erik Skog was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Erik Skog came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Colombia's Axel Montenegro. But to his dismay, Axel Montenegro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 63rd minute Kevin Mastache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Skog saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Axel Montenegro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erik Skog. Garphyttan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Axel Montenegro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Jörn Petersson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. Viktor Albäck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Manzanares having to interfere. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. Lolo Obis kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. In the 80th minute, Rähim Sterling left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Garphyttan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. Garphyttan's Albin Bergström was substituted for Donato de Salles. In the 85th minute, Rähim Sterling fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Algot Ahlfors received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pedro Manzanares came out and tried to block the shot, but Algot Ahlfors slotted it home off the left post making it 3-4 in the 87th minute. Jörn Petersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pascual Carballar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Erik Skog tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Garphyttan left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Colombia.
