Alan Tamayo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 12 minutes into the match. After 12 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Chile! After a long run with the ball, Adam Wielowiejski did a trick in the 14th minute in front of Chile's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 1-0. An impressive performance by Tarada's Adam Wielowiejski! In the 19thth minute of the game Arthur Hengemühl who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chile's Thiago Pliego was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 22 minutes into the game, Orlando Casaus cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Henrick Zeier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arthur Hengemühl in the 30th minute of play. In the 34th minute Guillermo Fontirroig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrick Zeier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chile were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after Tarada's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mariano Lacasa took the corner. After 42 played minutes Chile got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Lacasa. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arthur Hengemühl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Orlando Casaus was the one to do the kick off. An unexpected shot in the 56th minute by Orlando Casaus got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Mariano Lacasa made a great header on Chile's corner, it was just that Tarada's Henrick Zeier managed to reach the ball for a save. Mariano Lacasa hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute, Adam Wielowiejski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thiago Pliego was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Orlando Casaus blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Henrick Zeier having to make a save. In the 83rd minute, Florian Walther hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Serge Jeanneret kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. 85 minutes into the game, Jochen Schaer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tarada's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chile the free kick. In the 86th match minute, Tarada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jochen Schaer to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute, Mariano Lacasa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The throw-in from Guillermo Fontirroig in the 90th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Tarada's Jochen Schaer. 96 minutes into the match, Stian Aarflot had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thiago Pliego. Chile's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stian Aarflot was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Tarada were victorious despite being under pressure from Chile for much of the match.
