In the 7th minute Silverio Godoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niculae Romanescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gutierre Lauri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gutierre Lauri in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Niculae Romanescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpected shot in the 16th minute by Velimir Bostandzhiev got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Fergus Maina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Velimir Bostandzhiev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Velimir Bostandzhiev kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fergus Maina. That made the score 1-0 in the 19 minute of play. Velimir Bostandzhiev who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 22ndth minute tested the skills of Fergus Maina when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Velimir Bostandzhiev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 25 minutes into the match, CWKS KĘDZIERZYN's Velimir Bostandzhiev sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fergus Maina narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Horacio Ignatius got a throw-in 27 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Willem Rinert. Niculae Romanescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gutierre Lauri in the 30th minute of play. With his leg Fergus Maina managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when CWKS KĘDZIERZYN's Velimir Bostandzhiev fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 34th minute of the match CWKS KĘDZIERZYN got a corner. Ämmer Sportfreaks's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tymoteusz Wierzcholek ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Tymoteusz Wierzcholek got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fergus Maina quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Niculae Romanescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gutierre Lauri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute, Gutierre Lauri ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Niculae Romanescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Niculae Romanescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gutierre Lauri in the 47th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Dan Gerber got free with Niculae Romanescu in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Niculae Romanescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Silverio Godoy in the 53rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ämmer Sportfreaks's zone, Velimir Bostandzhiev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fergus Maina came out of the goal and Velimir Bostandzhiev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mateusz Klich received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Fergus Maina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. CWKS KĘDZIERZYN made a substitution. Ireneusz Jeleń replaced Velimir Bostandzhiev. CWKS KĘDZIERZYN's Niculae Romanescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gutierre Lauri in the 70th minute of play. In the 72ndth minute of the game Gutierre Lauri who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CWKS KĘDZIERZYN's Niculae Romanescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fergus Maina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ireneusz Jeleń in the 74th minute of the match. Fergus Maina stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ireneusz Jeleń's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ämmer Sportfreaks's zone, Ireneusz Jeleń stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fergus Maina came out of the goal and Ireneusz Jeleń tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ämmer Sportfreaks's Fergus Maina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ireneusz Jeleń in the 81st minute of play. Dan Gerber could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Niculae Romanescu made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Ireneusz Jeleń's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fergus Maina was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Ireneusz Jeleń's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fergus Maina read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Fergus Maina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ireneusz Jeleń in the 87th minute of the match. In the 91st minute of the match, Patricius Lafranchi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Niculae Romanescu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 95 played minutes Ämmer Sportfreaks got a freekick which was hit by Horacio Ignatius. In the 96th minute, Ireneusz Jeleń left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CWKS KĘDZIERZYN fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ämmer Sportfreaks players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for CWKS KĘDZIERZYN.
