A sloppy throw-in by Karel Dheedene in the 4th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Honduras's Esteban Carvallo. Emanuel Grammet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romain Berrewouts in the 15th minute of play. Emanuel Ocampo's late challenge caught a Fox Hunting Squad's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emanuel Ocampo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Emanuel Ocampo hit a great ball. In the 19th minute of the match Joachim Vleminx sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lautaro Navarro skillfully saved the ball. Lautaro Navarro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Louis Van Campenhout in the 20th minute. In the 21st minute, Romain Berrewouts left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fox Hunting Squad fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 35 minutes into the match, Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Romain Berrewouts. In the 38th minute, Romain Berrewouts left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fox Hunting Squad fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 41st minute, Louis Van Campenhout made a precise shot to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Romain Berrewouts stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Ocampo. In the 59th minute, Nic Adams left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fox Hunting Squad fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romain Berrewouts in the 62nd minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romain Berrewouts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 85 minutes into the match, Fox Hunting Squad's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Emanuel Grammet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastian Villa kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Romain Berrewouts struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Lautaro Navarro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fox Hunting Squad. When Edmundo Espiga fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Honduras's protests and gave Edmundo Espiga a yellow card for diving instead. Karel Dheedene made in the 93rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Honduras's Esteban Carvallo. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Fox Hunting Squad had won after a very even match.
