The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lautaro Mancebo to strike the kick off in the second half. Sten Virk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Zorita in the 53rd minute of play. In the 58th match minute, Tabicker Pepin Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adán Feal to maneuver through the defense. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 60th minute after Tabicker Pepin Club's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. After taking down the ball on Mexico's corner Luca Rouco fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sten Virk quite easily take care of the ball.
