The supporters of Honduras booed when XundianFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. 崔平平 didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Edmundo Espiga hit a great ball. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dennis Kvalfält, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 史光伟 made in the 15th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by 唐银升. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 唐银升 in the 16th minute of play. Mustafa Emrah Türkol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 20th minute of the match. Dennis Kvalfälts short, quick shot in the 23rdth minute got Lautaro Navarro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 26 minutes into the match, Honduras's Luca Espinar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mustafa Emrah Türkol narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mustafa Emrah Türkol came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Honduras's Edmundo Espiga. But to his dismay, Edmundo Espiga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, XundianFC's Lajos Hujber got a free kick in the 37th minute. Honduras's Sebastian Villa got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Honduras's attentive Sebastian Villa managed to snatch the ball when 史光伟 made a throw-in in the 45th minute of the game. After the first half Honduras were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Edmundo Espiga made the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Christian Sancho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Honduras and the XundianFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. With 58 minutes on the clock, 马桑宇 commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Mustafa Emrah Türkol made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Edmundo Espiga sent off a good shot on target. 62 minutes into the game, 史光伟 threw the ball into play from the sideline. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Villa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to XundianFC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Lajos Hujber hit a great ball. Sebastian Villa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustafa Emrah Türkol having to interfere. When Edmundo Espiga came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmundo Espiga couldn't finish the play. 何峰挺 kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. The supporters of Honduras booed when XundianFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. 崔平平 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dennis Kvalfält in the 86th minute of play. The throw-in from 史光伟 in the 91st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Sebastian Villa. Dennis Kvalfält sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Honduras played a much better game than XundianFC and deserved their victory. The XundianFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
