Di Han Guo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cassius Byrne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Di Han Guo having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Cassius Byrne put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Di Han Guo. After 18 played minutes Attilio Di Loreto rounded USA's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. 32 minutes into the match, Attilio Di Loreto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marco Day. USA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Attilio Di Loreto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Monty Rogers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Di Han Guo having to interfere. Attilio Di Loreto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere. In the 43rd minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Di Han Guo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of USA booed when Lipa KS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leszek Trzemzalski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Lipa KS's Slawomir Rutkowski got a free kick in the 46th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cassius Byrne to strike the kick off in the second half. Di Han Guo made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Cassius Byrne sent off a good shot on target. Jenson Smith sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 56th minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Di Han Guo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Attilio Di Loreto came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Di Han Guo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 61st minute of the match. Gürhan Arkan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67thth minute of the game Monty Rogers who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lipa KS's Di Han Guo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Di Han Guo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Monty Rogers's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Attilio Di Loreto in the 70th minute of play. Marco Day came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Lipa KS's Attilio Di Loreto. But to his dismay, Attilio Di Loreto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. Lipa KS made a substitution. Daniel Argoitz replaced Wladyslaw Niewiadomski. After some careless play in the USA defense, Gürhan Arkan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marco Day. The USA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marco Day should have stopped the shot. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. In the 89th minute, USA's Khalid Parry ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Di Han Guo. Di Han Guo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-3. Lipa KS's Di Han Guo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Lipa KS from getting a goal against them. After 94 minutes of play, USA's Sam Campbell made it 4-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Di Han Guo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gürhan Arkan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere.
