Phelipe Piña hit a great ball. DaLian MyLord FC's Neal Wakefield proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save DaLian MyLord FC from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Neal Wakefield in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Through an outstanding action, after 33 minutes, Neal Wakefield successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Neal Wakefield tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36th minute, Lautaro Mancebo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Neal Wakefield. The goal made the score 2-0. In the 40th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Neal Wakefield saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in DaLian MyLord FC's zone, Alberto Tafalla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Neal Wakefield came out of the goal and Alberto Tafalla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Neal Wakefield showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Pedro Montana came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joel Gaona to strike the kick off in the second half. Joel Gaona made a great header on Mexico's corner, it was just that DaLian MyLord FC's Neal Wakefield managed to reach the ball for a save. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. DaLian MyLord FC's Neal Wakefield played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 58th minute of play. In the 59th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of DaLian MyLord FC's goalie and right to Alberto Tafalla. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. DaLian MyLord FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. DaLian MyLord FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by 孔扬翔 in the 68th minute. DaLian MyLord FC's 孔扬翔 was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dante Lacasa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Joel Gaona struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Neal Wakefield didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. DaLian MyLord FC's Neal Wakefield played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 72nd minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of DaLian MyLord FC's Neal Wakefield. Neal Wakefield was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Neal Wakefield having to interfere. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 尤远荣, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute.
