Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dong Ping in the 3rd minute of play. In the 6th minute, Christof Cartus made a precise shot to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Mariusz Pochorylo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luca Zorita in the 15th minute. Luca Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariusz Pochorylo having to interfere. After some careless play in the Mexico defense, Christof Cartus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. The Mexico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Lacasa should have stopped the shot. Mariusz Pochorylo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 40th minute Adrian Tărău shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariusz Pochorylo made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Alberto Tafalla sent off a good shot on target. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Christof Cartus made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo got a free kick in the 55th minute. KS Greenpi's Ham Shmuelson was substituted for Wieslaw Fink. Mariusz Pochorylo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joel Gaona's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dong Ping, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dong Ping in the 69th minute of play. Lautaro Mancebo scored 1-2 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mariusz Pochorylo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. KS Greenpi's Deng Kang Kang was substituted for Christof Cartus. After a defensive mix-up in KS Greenpi's zone, Joel Gaona stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mariusz Pochorylo came out of the goal and Joel Gaona tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute, Joel Gaona got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Deng Kang Kang hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the KS Greenpi defense, Lautaro Mancebo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mariusz Pochorylo. The KS Greenpi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mariusz Pochorylo should have stopped the shot. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The KS Greenpi players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Mexico from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
