Spectators: 51 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. In the 2nd minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mike Axisa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Sliema Dragons FC's Baran Erozan got a free kick in the 3rd minute. After 6 played minutes Sliema Dragons FC got a freekick which was hit by 周斐俊. Mike Axisa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Kim Bolas sent off a good shot on target. In the 13th minute Sliema Dragons FC were awarded a corner. Leszek Cupial went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Ecuador's goalie and right to Baran Erozan. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Ecuador's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After 15 played minutes Sliema Dragons FC got a freekick which was hit by Gábor Illés. A hard shot 17 in the game by Kim Bolas from a close distance when the talented Julio Vera managed to make a qualified save. Ecuador's players were relieved. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Sancho in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mike Axisa saved Sliema Dragons FC from getting behind. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kim Bolas's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. 24 minutes into the match, Sliema Dragons FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Mike Axisa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Kim Bolas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Julio Vera. That made the score 1-0 in the 31 minute of play. When Kim Bolas came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Sliema Dragons FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kim Bolas couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 44th minute of play forced Sliema Dragons FC's goalkeeper Mike Axisa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Kim Bolas made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Kim Bolas notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 62 minutes into the game, Kim Bolas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kim Bolas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kim Bolas went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. 88 minutes into the match, Sliema Dragons FC's Dejan Cassar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dejan Cassar in the 88th minute of play. Dejan Cassar scored 6-1 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ecuador players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Sliema Dragons FC.
