David Schembri was left in no man's land by his defense there! Julian Murillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but David Schembri made a huge save. When Leandro Chorche came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Northern California fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leandro Chorche couldn't finish the play. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leandro Chorche, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 26 minutes, Julian Murillo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julian Murillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 陆阳默, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. David Schembri made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Luz Tejedor sent off a good shot on target. Eliseo Mina blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without David Schembri having to make a save. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 陆阳默 in the 45th minute of the match. In the 47th match minute, Northern California was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafin Ilazki to maneuver through the defense.

51 minutes into the game, David Llorian threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Eliseo Mina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Julian Murillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. David Schembri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when 陆阳默 tried to sneak it across the goal line. With an all-out effort, Northern California's Rolando Noboa threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from 陆阳默, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonio Guillelme in the 64th minute of the match. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Chorche in the 65th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Northern California's goal looked a bit too open when Milagros Fraga came free, but David Schembri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Northern California's Conrado Frans was substituted for Antonio Guillelme. 72 minutes had been played when some careless play by Northern California's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Moises Gayoso almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Northern California's David Schembri did a great save. When Julian Murillo, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 73 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The David Schembri was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. A sloppy throw-in by David Llorian in the 75th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Eliseo Mina. David Schembri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Mina, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 78th minute, Eliseo Mina ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Schembri was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. When Peru's Julian Murillo in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Northern California's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Northern California getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Serafin Ilazki hit a great ball. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. In the 93rd match minute, Northern California was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafin Ilazki to maneuver through the defense. After 94 minutes, Rafael Gallo made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Northern California's David Schembri tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the Northern California players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Peru.
