Luz Tejedor ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well done corner resulted in Eliseo Mina drilling the ball in to score 0-1 behind FV Wienerwald's goalkeeper. After 53 minutes of play, FV Wienerwald's Anfilogino Alfonsi made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Noboa was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, FV Wienerwald's Marcel Mallinger got control of the ball when Julian Murillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 59th minute Eliseo Mina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcel Mallinger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julian Murillo in the 60thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marcel Mallinger, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jiang Yang Yuan, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Klaus Adolphi hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. After having played for 87 minutes, Antonio Tenorio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antonio Tenorio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rafael Gallo struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Marcel Mallinger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peru. Peru's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because FV Wienerwald had won, even though Peru had held more of the ball.
