Stefkowa SSA's Tadeusz Dudkowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Stefkowa SSA from getting a goal against them. In the 30th minute of the match El Salvador got a corner. Stefkowa SSA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mateo Leguizamo ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 32nd minute, Tytus Prus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Piotr Harbaszewski came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Stefkowa SSA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Piotr Harbaszewski couldn't finish the play. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Piotr Harbaszewski in the 36th minute of the match. After having played for 39 minutes, Abram Luque managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Salvador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abram Luque was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 46 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Moises Fernandino. In the 48th minute Piotr Harbaszewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zorita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Moises Fernandino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tadeusz Dudkowski having to interfere. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Moises Fernandino hit a great ball. 72 minutes into the match, El Salvador's goal looked a bit too open when Piotr Harbaszewski came free, but Ricardo Zorita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Piotr Harbaszewski made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 74thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Ricardo Zorita would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. After 78 minutes of play, El Salvador's Moises Fernandino made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tadeusz Dudkowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! El Salvador's Moises Fernandino got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, El Salvador's Valentino Ferrant got a free kick in the 92nd minute. In the 94th minute, Szymon Modrzewski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Szymon Modrzewski in the 96th minute of play. The El Salvador players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
