Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Koby Wright took the kick off in the first half of the match. 7 minutes into the match, Galati Harbour Cats's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Dixon came free, but Irinel Mirciu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute Koby Wright shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Irinel Mirciu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Irinel Mirciu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Koby Wright, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Galati Harbour Cats's Shi Li got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 20 played minutes Galati Harbour Cats got a freekick which was hit by Dan Petrescu. Irinel Mirciu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rohan Watson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Koby Wright in the 26th minute of play forced Galati Harbour Cats's goalkeeper Irinel Mirciu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Galati Harbour Cats's goalkeeper Irinel Mirciu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luka Harris. The crowd rose to their feet as Carter George kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Irinel Mirciu. That made the score 1-0 in the 35 minute of play. Shi Li's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jax Williamson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, Shi Li cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Jax Williamson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Galati Harbour Cats's Irinel Mirciu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rohan Watson in the 45th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Canada's goal looked a bit too open when Shi Li came free, but Jax Williamson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Galati Harbour Cats were awarded a corner in the 47th minute after Canada's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dan Petrescu took the corner. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Shi Li to make the kick off. Irinel Mirciu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koby Wright, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. 56 minutes into the match, Shi Li had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jax Williamson. Canada's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Shi Li was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 61st minute Jan Dixon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Irinel Mirciu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Shi Li blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jax Williamson having to make a save. If Shi Li had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 69 minutes into the match, Canada's goal looked a bit too open when Shi Li came free, but Jax Williamson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Irinel Mirciu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filip Edwards, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Canada's Prince Anderson was substituted for Carter George. Canada made a substitution. Theo Burton replaced Rohan Watson. The supporters of Canada booed when Galati Harbour Cats was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mo Yuan Fan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute, Ianis Man got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Galati Harbour Cats's Irinel Mirciu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filip Edwards in the 79th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filip Edwards in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Irinel Mirciu saved Galati Harbour Cats from getting behind. 82 minutes into the match, Canada's goal looked a bit too open when Ianis Man came free, but Jax Williamson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filip Edwards took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Irinel Mirciu. Irinel Mirciu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. 91 minutes into the match, Filip Edwards notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Galati Harbour Cats's Irinel Mirciu. Irinel Mirciu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Canada fully deserved thier win.
