Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erasmo Mattos in the 3rd minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erasmo Mattos in the 6th minute of play. Toninho de Moraes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 10th minute. When Patricio Costa came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patricio Costa couldn't finish the play. When Venezuela's Tomas Illescas in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Piasecznica SA's goalie prevented a goal. Venezuela's attentive Salvador Gisbert managed to snatch the ball when Stasio Lichniak made a throw-in in the 16th minute of the game. If Tolek Jaszyna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute Igor Chrzan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute Piasecznica SA were awarded a corner. William Carvalho went to the cornerflag to take it. Piasecznica SA's Krzysztof Makowski was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jonathan Ferrant in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 25 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Erasmo Mattos came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Jonathan Venegas hit a great ball. In the 26th minute of the match William Carvalho shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Ferrant showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erasmo Mattos in the 27th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jose Correa during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tomas Illescass short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Toninho de Moraes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 36th minute, Tolek Jaszyna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erasmo Mattos in the 37th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute, Rigoberto Mina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute of the match William Carvalho sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Ferrant skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Tomas Illescas hit a great ball. Erasmo Mattos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 45th minute, Rigoberto Mina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Erasmo Mattos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tolek Jaszyna in the 55th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Toninho de Moraes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Venezuela fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when Venezuela's Tomas Illescas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Stasio Lichniak in the 70 minute of the game. Erasmo Mattos struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Piasecznica SA. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Illescas in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Toninho de Moraes saved Piasecznica SA from getting behind. Igor Chrzan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Patricio Costa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Erasmo Mattos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Piasecznica SA's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Toninho de Moraes came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 84th minute, Tomas Illescas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Venezuela fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 87th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 91 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was William Carvalho who took care of the corner kick. If Erasmo Mattos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. Piasecznica SA's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Venezuela had won, even though Piasecznica SA had held more of the ball.
