Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Daniel Zorita made the kick off which started today's match. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Ryan Giggs sent off a good shot on target. When Agustín Saelices came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agustín Saelices couldn't finish the play. Fernanco Muslera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Emotep SK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Emotep SK's goalie and right to Luis Andino. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Emotep SK's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 26 minutes into the match, Emotep SK's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Fernanco Muslera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Emotep SK booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Sebastián Puig didn't get a good kick on the ball. The corner led Ecuador's Luis Andino to fire away a dangerous shot which Fernanco Muslera despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Brayden McPaul tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Brayden McPaul stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Daniel Zorita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 60th minute, Brayden McPaul ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Emotep SK's Fernanco Muslera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Emotep SK from getting a goal against them. In the 64th minute, Cristian Sancho reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fernanco Muslera. The goal made the score 1-1. Fernanco Muslera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 70th minute of the match. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gencer Hüdayioğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Cristian Sancho kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fernanco Muslera. That made the score 2-2 in the 76 minute of play. Emotep SK made a substitution. Emrah Dönmez replaced Şeray Hepyener. Ryan Giggs scored 3-2 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brayden McPaul in the 87th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brayden McPaul in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind.
