The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, FC Bal op het Dak's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Harvey Davies reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Milagros Fraga got free with Harvey Davies in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 82nd minute of the match Peru got a corner. FC Bal op het Dak's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Milagros Fraga got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-2. 82 minutes into the match. Julian Murillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Harvey Davies made a huge save. Harvey Davies took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eliseo Mina received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Antonio Tenorio took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Harvey Davies. Harvey Davies dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. The Peru players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
