Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by 肖誉洋 in the 6th minute of play forced Jamaica's goalkeeper Demonde Jacobson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th match minute, Jamaica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Finlay Stair to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to 东莞新世纪 getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. 龙杰沙 hit a great ball. 12 minutes into the match, Jamaica's goal looked a bit too open when 肖誉洋 came free, but Demonde Jacobson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute 陶棋岩 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demonde Jacobson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 东莞新世纪's 石坚斌 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romon Oliver in the 15th minute of play. After 16 played minutes, Jamaica's Finlay Stair shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper 石坚斌 came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Jamaica reached it. 方磊响 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Demonde Jacobson having to interfere. 东莞新世纪's 石坚斌 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romon Oliver in the 21st minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Finlay Stair had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 石坚斌. 东莞新世纪's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Finlay Stair was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 26th minute, Geroy Ascue hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If 肖誉洋 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 东莞新世纪's 陈远誉 suffered a concussion in the 31st minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Finlay Stair's late challenge caught a 东莞新世纪's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Finlay Stair helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of 东莞新世纪 booed when Jamaica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Finlay Stair didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karlus Waugh kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Demonde Jacobson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 陶棋岩 in the 35th minute of the match. 石坚斌 was a little too slow when Finlay Stair got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 2-0. 陶棋岩 struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Demonde Jacobson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 东莞新世纪. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 肖誉洋 to make the kick off. 陶棋岩 struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Demonde Jacobson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 东莞新世纪. Demonde Jacobson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 陶棋岩 in the 55th minute of play. Jamaica's defense didn't have a chance, in the 57th minute, when 陶棋岩 scored to the left of an out of position Demonde Jacobson, making the score, 2-1. In the 60th minute, 陶棋岩 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 东莞新世纪 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. With an all-out effort, 东莞新世纪's Demonde Jacobson threw himself towards the right post 67 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from 陶棋岩, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Romon Oliver's late challenge caught a 东莞新世纪's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Karlus Waugh hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 石坚斌 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarell Hill in the 76th minute of the match. 80 minutes into the match, Romon Oliver had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 石坚斌. 东莞新世纪's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Romon Oliver was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. 石坚斌 came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Jamaica's Finlay Stair. But to his dismay, Finlay Stair quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3. 方磊响 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Demonde Jacobson having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Finlay Stair in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 石坚斌 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 96th minute Romon Oliver shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 石坚斌 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Jamaica players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
