Julian Murillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Gumersindo Moreira made a huge save. Gumersindo Moreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luz Tejedor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julian Murillo struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Gumersindo Moreira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peru. The throw-in from Yunus Akgün in the 18th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. In the 21st minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gumersindo Moreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Julian Murillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 24th minute, Marco Boniel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rolando Noboa was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 33 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gumersindo Moreira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 36th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gumersindo Moreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Julian Murillo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Peru fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The Peru players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Boomer Fc were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Komen Schotte made the kick off in the second half. Komen Schotte could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Rolando Noboa made a huge save. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marco Boniel got free with Rolando Noboa in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eliseo Mina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gumersindo Moreira having to interfere. Boomer Fc's Tito Quintas was substituted for Bebeto Gaúcho. Boomer Fc made a substitution. Luz Tejedor took the corner. 70 minutes into the match, Boomer Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Gumersindo Moreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, Boomer Fc's Rolando Noboa threw himself towards the right post 74 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marco Boniel, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Boniel in the 80th minute of play. Gumersindo Moreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 82nd minute of play. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Alonso Berganza hit a great ball. Rafael Gallo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Peru fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2.
