Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Xavier Salazar got the match started through his kick off. Ye Yan Yu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Zorita in the 2nd minute of play. In the 4th minute Wenzel Winter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Birger Ståhlman. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Xavier Salazar tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 16th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Cadáveres Voladores's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Lautaro Mancebo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Cadáveres Voladores's Ye Yan Yu did a great save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Birger Ståhlman got free with Dante Lacasa in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joel Gaona scored 0-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ye Yan Yu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ye Yan Yu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joel Gaona went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Alberto Tafalla blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ye Yan Yu having to make a save. Mexico's Joel Gaona got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Cadáveres Voladores booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lautaro Mancebo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joel Gaona might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ye Yan Yu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joel Gaona ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Gaona made a kick off. Xavier Salazar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Mexico's Ye Yan Yu threw himself towards the right post 58 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Joel Gaona, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after Cadáveres Voladores's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. The corner led Mexico's Joel Gaona to fire away a dangerous shot which Ye Yan Yu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xavier Salazar in the 73rd minute of the match. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 76th minute after Cadáveres Voladores's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ye Yan Yu having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 80th minute by Lautaro Mancebo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 83 minutes into the match, Mexico's Joel Gaona sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ye Yan Yu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wenzel Winter in the 84th minute of play. After 85 minutes Mexico's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Pars Yorgun who took care of the corner kick. With a little luck, Cadáveres Voladores's Ye Yan Yu got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 95 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Cazalla. After having played for 95 minutes, Pars Yorgun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cadáveres Voladores's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pars Yorgun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Mexico left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cadáveres Voladores.
