Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Daniel Zorita made the kick off which started today's match. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Kai Østbye stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Kai Østbye tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 5th play minute Christer Ribe came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Julio Vera. 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Borys Witek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Markham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Markham in the 12th minute of play. Borys Witek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 13th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Borys Witek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kent Remme in the 18th minute of play. 20 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Brufoss IL's Borys Witek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 25th minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Felix Montenegro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 34 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Kent Remme came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emanuel Markham to strike the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Markham came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Zorita came free with the goalkeeper in the 53rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Borys Witek could save by the left post. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Brufoss IL's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. After 55 played minutes Brufoss IL got a freekick which was hit by Christer Ribe. Anders Elstad hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After 59 played minutes Brufoss IL got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Markham. A collision led to Brufoss IL getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Jan-Kenneth Heistad hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute, Kent Remme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emanuel Markham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Daniel Zorita blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Borys Witek having to make a save. 71 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kai Østbye was slow to take the kick. During this time Brufoss IL's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Kai Østbye almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ecuador's Julio Vera did a great save. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kent Remme in the 77th minute of play. The supporters of Brufoss IL booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Montes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emanuel Markham in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kent Remme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th minute, Kajetan Kazimierz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emanuel Markham recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 95 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Kai Østbye came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
