The Pardina fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. A collision led to Pardina getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Ion Pârâianu hit a great ball. When Vlad Chihaia fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pardina's protests and gave Vlad Chihaia a yellow card for diving instead. In the 21st minute Hector Covarrubias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olimpiu Popan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paraguay's defense didn't have a chance, in the 23rd minute, when Vintilă Mihuț scored to the left of an out of position Jacobo Nores, making the score, 2-0. Vlad Chihaia hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. A sloppy throw-in by Petruț Ghizdeanu in the 28th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Paraguay's Xavier Zoido. Vintilă Mihuț fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Nores having to interfere. In the 32nd minute of the game Petruț Ghizdeanu made a throw-in which Ion Pârâianu played forward. 35 minutes into the game, Hector Covarrubias cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Olimpiu Popan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice moves Vintilă Mihuț could shoot a difficult shot in the 45th minute, which Jacobo Nores however easily saved by the left post. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jaime Pardo was the one to do the kick off. Jaime Pardo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Olimpiu Popan made a huge save. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vintilă Mihuț in the 57th minute of play. After 57 minutes of play, Pardina's Vintilă Mihuț made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacobo Nores was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 61st match minute, Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hector Covarrubias to maneuver through the defense. In the 69th minute Vintilă Mihuț shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Nores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 80 in the game by Jaime Pardo from a close distance when the talented Olimpiu Popan managed to make a qualified save. Pardina's players were relieved. The supporters of Paraguay booed when Pardina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petruț Ghizdeanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vintilă Mihuț in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacobo Nores saved Paraguay from getting behind. Pardina's Ion Pârâianu managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jose Sanz in the 95 minute of the game. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Pardina were victorious despite being under pressure from Paraguay for much of the match.
