Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Harry Holmberg made the kick off and thus started the match. Patricio Costa might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andreas Björkman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Patricio Costa ran back to his position shaking his head. Harry Holmberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Andreas Björkman in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 11 minutes of play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andreas Björkman was left in no man's land by his defense there! 14 minutes into the game, Salvador Gisbert threw the ball into play from the sideline. Högdalstippen-Highvalley's Bernt Joensson quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Patricio Costa might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andreas Björkman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Patricio Costa ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 22nd minute, Tomas Illescas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andreas Björkman was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andreas Björkman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 39 minutes into the match, Högdalstippen-Highvalley's goalkeeper Andreas Björkman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Patricio Costa fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Patricio Costa a yellow card for diving instead. After 43 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. In the 44th minute, Harry Holmberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Högdalstippen-Highvalley fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Andreas Björkman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andreas Björkman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 55th minute of play. 58 minutes into the game, Patricio Costa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Andreas Björkman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Venezuela's Jose Correa managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bernt Joensson in the 63 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jose Correa in the 64th minute of play forced Högdalstippen-Highvalley's goalkeeper Andreas Björkman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Camilo Gaos got a throw-in 66 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Tomas Illescas. 68 minutes into the game, Venezuela's Patricio Costa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Andreas Björkman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Alex Chicote kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Andreas Björkman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Högdalstippen-Highvalley's Andreas Björkman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 83rd minute of play. Patricio Costa might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andreas Björkman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Patricio Costa ran back to his position shaking his head. 93 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andreas Björkman. Högdalstippen-Highvalley's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomas Illescas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. Venezuela walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
