The throw-in from Wit Walicki in the 46th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Julian Murillo made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Kacper Charamut had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kacper Charamut was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugon Imbor, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Wit Walicki made in the 57th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Kacper Charamut however managed to control. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 60th minute of play forced Grasshoppers Klucze's goalkeeper Tanek Bielejewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wit Walicki made in the 62nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Pedro Barrionuevo. Tanek Bielejewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Gallo in the 87th minute of the match. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeusz Raschke in the 88th minute of play. Pedro Barrionuevo made in the 89th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Damazy Franzik immediately put the ball in play. Grasshoppers Klucze's Tanek Bielejewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Grasshoppers Klucze from getting a goal against them. After 90 played minutes Rafael Gallo rounded Grasshoppers Klucze's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. 93 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Damazy Franzik came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Pedro Barrionuevo in the 94th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Eliseo Mina. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
