Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nojus Bikas kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 16 minutes into the game, Edgaras Jankauskas threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Eliseo Mina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 16 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Haşim Batüralp narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 18th minute of the match Peru got a corner. Kings's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luz Tejedor ran over to the corner to take the kick. Haşim Batüralp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luz Tejedor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Haşim Batüralp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Nojus Bikas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rolando Noboa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Nojus Bikas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Rolando Noboa made a huge save. 36 minutes into the match, Kings's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Haşim Batüralp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Haşim Batüralp narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 39 minutes into the match, Luz Tejedor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Haşim Batüralp. Kings's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luz Tejedor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Haşim Batüralp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 42nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nojus Bikas in the 43rd minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luz Tejedor blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Haşim Batüralp having to make a save. Kings's Luís Figo was substituted for Rocco Ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kings's Costică Coadã quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Alonso Berganza, made in the 56th minute of the game. A collision led to Kings getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Edgaras Jankauskas hit a great ball. The supporters of Peru booed when Kings was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgaras Jankauskas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nojus Bikas in the 67th minute of play. In the 71st minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haşim Batüralp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nojus Bikas in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rolando Noboa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Haşim Batüralp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peru's attentive Eliseo Mina managed to snatch the ball when Bob Grammet made a throw-in in the 81st minute of the game. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nojus Bikas in the 84th minute of play. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. Peru's attentive Alonso Berganza managed to snatch the ball when Bob Grammet made a throw-in in the 93rd minute of the game. Kings's Haşim Batüralp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Gallo in the 94th minute of play. Eliseo Mina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kings's Haşim Batüralp proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save Kings from getting a goal against them. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Peru walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
